Our Consolidation service allows you to combine multiple shipments from various vendors in order to save time and reduce cost. Please follow these guidelines when requesting consolidation
Please provide vendor tracking numbers for all packages at least 24 hours before they are delivered to our US/UK warehouse.
We do not provide automatic consolidation. Consolidation requests must be made.
You can make only one (1) consolidation request at a time. Once the request has been fulfilled and ships from our US/UK warehouse, then another request can be made.
A maximum of five (5) tracking numbers can be consolidated per request.
We cannot process consolidation requests without tracking numbers.
Our US/UK warehouse will hold your packages for fourteen (14) days. If your consolidation is not completed within this time frame, your packages will be shipped.
