Which websites can I order from?
Our customers order from virtually any website in any country, there are no restrictions. Once the supplier is able to ship or deliver packages to either our US or UK address, the world is your oyster!
If I don’t have a credit card how do I pay?
We have a transaction facility at our offices in San Souci. You pay the cashier and we can then order on your behalf or you can order on our in-house laptop from any website you wish to use.
Do you accept online payments?
Yes, we do! We accept both Visa and Mastercard
What happens if my package is delayed for any reason?
Do you insure my packages?
Yes. You can purchase insurance coverage for your Konnect packages to protect against loss or damage.
Insurance coverage is $1USD for every $100USD spent.Â
Electronics, fine jewelry and packages with a declared value totaling or exceeding $100 USD will be automatically insured .
If you decide not to take insurance on your packages you will be asked to sign a Waiver Form to confirm that you understand any damages to your packages will be at your own risk and there will be no redress to Konnect Global Logistics.Â

If I am unable to receive my delivery what other arrangements can I make?
Will I be responsible for clearing my package at Customs?
No, we will deal with everything for you – all you do is order what you want and wait for it to be delivered
What happens if my package weighs more than 100lbs?
Let us know at the time of ordering, or give us 24 hours’ notice if you would prefer to send by sea, due to the weight, and we can send you a quotation of costs.
What should I do if I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order by emailing us at info@konnectglobal.co. Please provide your account ID, supplier tracking number and/or six-digit tracking number in the email. If the product has already arrived at the US or UK warehouse, before the scheduled flight, please provide the return label.
However, if the product has already been shipped to St Lucia, then we will require you to reimburse us for the shipping cost to return to your supplier
What happens if my package is lost?
If your package does not arrive at our US or UK warehouse and appears to be lost, in the first instance you need to contact your supplier. Double check that the delivery address on your invoice is correct and, if it isn’t, advise your supplier immediately. If you are careful when ordering, your package should always arrive at either warehouse for onward shipping.
What happens if I don’t collect my packages?
You will have up to 7 business days to collect your air freight packages, once we have notified you that they have arrived at our offices. After 7 days you will have a 5 day grace period at which rent will not incur on your package. An additional $1.00 XCD per day will be placed on your package after the grace period.
For sea freight, you will have up to five business days to collect sea freight once you have been notified they have arrived. Failure to do so will result in storage fees at a rate of $2.50 XCD per cubic foot per day.
Packages not collected after 30 days will automatically become available to auction and will attract an auction fee. Please contact us if you are not able to collect your package in the specified time frames.
Do you charge for delivery?
- Anytime delivery – 9am – 4pm – $3 XCD
- Morning delivery – 9am – 12pm – $5 XCD
- Afternoon delivery – 1pm – 4pm – $5 XCD
Can you ship worldwide if I wish to send a package?
Yes we can, for deliveries to the US. Deliveries to the rest of the world will require 48 hours’ notice so that we can arrange logistics local to that country.
Do you pick up barrels?
Yes, we do! We will pick up your barrel from anywhere in the US. All you need to do is provide an address so that we can quote based on the barrel’s location.Â
