Consolidation Guidelines
Hello ,
Our Consolidation service allows you to combine multiple shipments from various vendors in order to save time and reduce cost. Please follow these guidelines when requesting consolidation
- Please provide vendor tracking numbers for all packages at least 24 hours before they are delivered to our US/UK warehouse.
- We do not provide automatic consolidation. Consolidation requests must be made.
- You can make only one (1) consolidation request at a time. Once the request has been fulfilled and ships from our US/UK warehouse, then another request can be made.
- A maximum of five (5) tracking numbers can be consolidated per request.
- We cannot process consolidation requests without tracking numbers.
- Our US/UK warehouse will hold your packages for fourteen (14) days. If your consolidation is not completed within this time frame, your packages will be shipped.
